My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
This short verse outlines the failures of just about everyone. Why do your children rebel? Because the Lord has forgotten your children. Why are you struggling? Because you have rejected knowlege. Why is it so difficult to get through life? Because you have forgotten the Law of God. Study to show yourself approved!
