Return Policy

Returns:

1. Any “materially different” items will be replaced free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Items are considered “materially different” in these circumstances:

Wrong item

Defective item

Damaged item

2. All returns that are not defective or damaged will be issued a refund of merchandise cost minus a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) must be undamaged, in resalable condition and include all original packaging. Initial S&H fees are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending item(s) back.

3. All exchanges must include all items undamaged, in resalable condition, including all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in sending item(s) back to EAEC and will be charged for new shipping of item(s) sent.

4. DVD’s, VHS videos, CDs, cassettes may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.

When returning items, please include your packing slip and enclose it with your return. We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive. If you need further assistance with a return, please contact us during regular business hours.
