The Policy of the World Government

THE POLICY OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT
I have a copy in my possession of the policies which were adopted by the World Government in 1898. A copy of these policies were placed in the British Museum in London in 1905, and I have a letter in my possession from the British Museum in which they state that they indeed have a copy on file and that this was placed in the Museum in 1905. When I read this policy document, it sent chills up my spine because I can look back during the last 100 years and see how, point by point, these policies have been implemented. Let me share some of the plans which were laid out in 1898, one hundred three years ago:

WE SHALL ENSLAVE THE PEOPLE

“At the same time we must intensively patronize trade and industry, but, first and foremost, speculation, the part played by which is to provide a counterpoise to industry: the absence of speculative industry will multiply capital in private hands and will serve to restore agriculture by freeing the land from indebtedness to the land banks. What we want is that industry should drain off from the land both labor and capital and by means of speculation (stock markets) transfer into our hands all the money of the world, and thereby throw all the people into the ranks of the proletariat. (working class laborers). Then the people will bow down before us, if for no other reason but to get the right to exist.”

Any person with some education is well aware that the American farmers were destroyed during the last century, and today the “family farms” are hard to find. Instead you find huge agricultural mega-businesses (corporations), who today are producing the food in the nation. The wealth of the farmers has been lost. The people moved into the cities where they have been gambling on the stock markets for the last 100 years. They were burnt badly, first in 1929, then in 1997, and most recently, in 2001. Billions of dollars in wealth was lost and transferred over to the World Government banks.

“To complete the ruin of the industry of the people we shall bring to the assistance of speculation the luxury which we have developed among the people, that greedy demand for luxury which is swallowing up everything. We shall raise the rate of wages which, however, will not bring any advantage to the workers, for, at the same time, we shall produce a rise in prices of the first necessaries of life, alleging that it arises from the decline of agriculture and cattle breeding: we shall further undermine artfully and deeply (cut back) sources of production, by accustoming the workers to anarchy and to drunkenness and side by side therewith taking all measure to extirpate (remove) from the face of the earth all educated forces of the people (dumbing them down).”

These policies laid out in point number seven can clearly be seen by any person living today. First of all, the so-called “OPEC” nations met last year in a policy meeting and despite complaints from the American Government, decided to cut back on crude oil production, in order to raise prices. Secondly, oil refiners decided, in secret board meetings, to cut back production in order to further raise prices. In order to avoid getting into trouble with the law in the United States, some refineries were damaged in ravaging fires while others were shut down to be repaired. The State Government of California last year launched an investigation as to why refineries suddenly could not produce, but nothing came out of this investigation. Crude oil from Alaska has for years been sold to Japan at inflated prices, rather than being sold cheaper to the American market.

People living in Europe do not feel sorry for the American people, who suddenly have to pay two dollars per gallon for gasoline. Prices in Europe have been $4.00 and up per gallon for the last 10 years.

Now comes the “ELECTRICAL CRISIS.” Living in California, we are now experiencing “rolling black outs.” How did this happen? This was done very skillful by the World Government. During the 1960’s, World Government agents birthed the “Hippie Movement,” when young people by the hundreds of thousands left the life style of their parents, and as the phrase was coined “tuned out and turned on” to drugs.

LSD and other psychedelic drugs were produced by labs run by the American CIA and, at first, freely given to the young people to destroy them morally. Thousands of these damaged youth later became fanatical environmentalists and joined the “SIERRA CLUB” (Founded in 1892). The cry was, save the whales, the spotted owl, snakes, other birds, trees, flowers, fish and insects, but when it came to unborn babies, they were to be murdered. The result was that nuclear powerplants were painted as evil things, which should be closed down as soon as possible. No more nuclear plants were to be built. The last one built in California was Diablo Canyon, south of San Francisco.

Stringent environmental requirements were passed for building conventional power plants and the cost went so high that few were built. No more dams could be built that would generate hydro electrical power since that would threaten the fish in the rivers, including other beings like crabs, shrimp, etc. A number of smaller dams were demolished so that the members of the Sierra Club and their friends could go “white water rafting.” Then, in the late 1980’s, the push came to deregulate the electrical system in California in order to lower electric rates.

In the meantime, new electric power plants had been built in states less stringent on environment and the trap was set. In order to meet California standards on clean air, most power plants in California were fueled by natural gas. When the final step came and deregulation was a fact, guess what? A shortage of natural gas was developed and the price sky rocketed.

There is no shortage of natural gas, neither of crude oil. Instead we have a group of humans bent upon the destruction of our society so that all people in the world will be forced into a “slave society,” in order that these “superior human beings” can rule over us. Greedy power generators are now selling electricity at prices so inflated that they have been able to bankrupt the State of California, the world’s sixth largest economy. It has taken the World Government less than six months to deplete the budget surplus California had at the end of year 2000, and plunge the state into a deficit.

Democratic governor, Gray Davis, of California, and the Democratic State Senate and Assembly are in a war of blame with the Bush administration. Both sides claim that there is no short term solution. This is a lie. The government agencies have the authority to stop the people who have turned off the oil and gas pipelines and free up the supplies, which in turn would drive down the prices. But they are forbidden to do so by the World Government. Read and weep over what was written as policy for the World Government in 1898:

“We appear on the scene as alleged saviours of the worker from his oppression when we propose to him to enter the ranks of our fighting forces – Socialists, Anarchists, Communists – to whom we always give support in accordance with an alleged brotherly rule (of the solidarity of all humanity) of our social masonry. The aristocracy (the leaders of the people), which enjoyed by law the labour of the workers, was interested in seeing that the workers were will fed, healthy and strong. We are interested in just the opposite – in the diminution, the killing of the people. Our power is in the chronic shortness of food and physical weakness of the worker, because by all that this implies he is made the slave of our will, and he will not find in his own authorities either strength or energy to set against our will. Hunger creates the right of capital to rule the worker more surely than it was given to the aristocracy by the legal authority of kings.”

As Christians, we are asking, how did it all start and what can be done against it? Let’s start from the beginning. Find a Bible right now and read Isaiah 14:12-20; Ezekiel 28:11-19; John 14:30; Revelation 12:7-17. Be sure to use the King James Bible, because the newer Bible versions have changed these scriptures considerably.

Here is what we learn: Lucifer (the Devil) was not satisfied with his position in heaven, so he rebelled and fell into sin. Cast down to the earth with his angels (demons), he is seeking to rule the earth by possessing people and forcing them to do his will. The first murder on the earth was done by Adam and Eve’s son Cain, who slew his brother Abel. The blood line of Cain became oppressors of men, until they were all killed in the flood.

After the flood Satan hand picked another man, to do his bidding. His name was Nimrod and he became a hunter of men, a murderer, and he founded a kingdom, built upon the principles of Lucifer. (Genesis 10:8-10) Nimrod and his Babylonian kingdom has from this time been the norm for the world system of Satan. Here is how it works.

Nimrod was empowered by the Devil and was able, through brute force and deception, to force people to do his bidding. The concept from God that man was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-27) was replaced with the slogan, “that not all men are created equal.” Satan now had created three classes of people, Rulers, Enforcers and Slaves.

The Devil is deceiving each ruler from Nimrod to those in power today, that they are “above human laws” and superior to all other people. Therefore they have the right to rule and to have the power of life or death over the lives of people under their rule.

The rulers are to be able to live a life of luxury, fulfilling any type of desire they might have, including unlimited access to any kind of sexual activity with young and pretty women, the right to indulge themselves into lavish eating, drinking of alcohol and any type of entertainment they desire. A Ruler cannot exist, unless he has a powerful military, police and prison system functioning. The men who will staff this must have an incentive to serve. Thus, the ruler must offer “perks” that are not available to the slaves. During the last 7000 years these perks have been land holdings, monetary benefits, a higher living standard than the slaves, access to sexual gratification shielded from the laws of the land, all the alcohol they can consume and the right to own slaves, and a slave will be killed if he is not performing according to the will of his master.

The slaves were not to be educated. Rather, they were to be taught from a very early age that they were not human beings, they had no value as a person, they were simply a commodity to be traded and used for the gratification of the king and his enforcers. They had no legal rights, could be killed for the smallest offense, and during a war they were used as foot soldiers to be sacrificed on the battle fields.

From the time of Nimrod to the birth of Jesus, this was the norm for all nations in the world. There was one nation that became different, the nation of Israel. When you read the Old Testament and its teaching, you should really appreciate how God gave Moses a different standard to live by, not known by the other nations. Of course the Devil infiltrated and tried to destroy the kingdom of God on earth.

THE ROMAN EMPIRE
The Roman Empire was an evil empire, but it had some kind of justice system built into it. It was built upon the three classes as described above, but it had a fairly large group of Roman citizens who had evolved out of the Enforcer class: traders, merchants, farmers and manufacturers.

As the Roman Empire became more sophisticated, it needed arms, clothing and food for its soldiers. Slaves could not supply this, thus, there was a need for a middle class which could produce what was needed using slaves as laborers. Housing, roads, ships and tools had to be built. Food was needed in the nation, including clothing and household goods. To make this function, a legal and economic system had to be set up.

With Christianity spreading in the Roman Empire, the slave class was eventually abolished. As Christianity spread into the rest of Europe, even if it was polluted, it was strong enough after several hundred years to destroy slavery. A new system evolved which had four classes: aristocracy, military, city dwellers (burgers) and farmers. The ruler was a king or in some instances a queen.

ENGLAND
As the Christian faith grew in England, despite the corruption of the kings and the aristocracy, England developed a fairly good legal system which was an improvement over what the Roman Empire had at its best.

When the reformation took place in the early 1500’s, things began to improve for a number of nations in Europe. The British system became a role model for the Scandinavian countries, Holland, France and the small German states (Germany was not a united nation until the mid 1800’s). Russia became slave free, but its legal system had flaws in it. Eastern Europe at this time was ruled by the Austrian Empire, which also had abolished slavery. But the Satanic darkness ruled the rest of the world: Asia, Africa and the North and South American continents.

THE UNITED STATES
It was in the 13 colonies that the full revelation from God was going to become the law of the land. With the following words written in the Declaration of Independence, it was a direct revelation from God set forth for the first time in a human government on an earth fallen under sin. Look at these words:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

The concept of the government of the United States was a blow to everything that the Devil had been doing for the last 7000 years. His class system was replaced with a classless society and with the understanding that government leaders were servants of the people, not dictators. And worst of all for him, people came to Christ by the millions, resulting in strong churches and a massive missionary outreach.

But there is a dark stain on America: the black slaves, which the Southern States hung onto. When they signed the Declaration of Independence, the slave states did not consider black slaves from Africa as human beings, but they were deemed sub-humans. This terrible sin by the white slave owners who had purchased their slaves from British Jewish slave traders was finally resolved in the Civil War (1861-65) when hundreds of thousands of men died to settle this sin.

The Devil had lost his grip over America and the word was out in Satan’s kingdom, America must be conquered. But before America could be taken, Satan had to retake Europe and once again bring back his slave system.

THE EVIL MEN
Napoleon was a fat egotistical man with a quest for power that could never be satisfied. Satan had him marching all over Europe, killing and destroying people. When he had become useless for Satan, he had him murdered.

The evil spirits who had inhabited Cain, Nimrod, the countless ruthless dictators in the Babylonian Empire, the Assyrian Empire, the grim Pharaoh who opposed Moses, the Emperor Nero of Rome, King Herod, Agrippa, Attila the Hun, etc. were now focused on Europe (evil spirits do not die). The most wicked evil spirits, rulers in high places (Ephesians 6:10-13) of Satan’s kingdom converged on Europe to once again throw the human race into slavery.

Moses Hess (Jewish Zionist and Communist, 1812-1875) together with Karl Marx and Joseph Engels (both German Jews) received the insane political system that the world later was to know as “Communism.” These three men did not live to see the brutal takeover of Russia in 1917, but thousands of wicked evil spirits possessed young Jewish men and women, who directed the Bolshevik revolution. The cruelty of Lenin, Trotsky and Stalin are now well known, as they plunged Russia into the arms of Satan and his three class system.

Other powerful evil spirits moved into Germany and possessed Adolf Hitler and his followers in the Nazi party, and for twelve years they plunged Germany into the darkest abyss seen so far on this earth.

American young men were sent to fight these evil forces, not knowing that the evil spirits in the men they killed would transfer to them and, when the war was over, come back to America with them. Slowly the evil forces were able to chip away at the American Constitution and prepare the American people for slavery. Powerful drug demons swept over America, and her youth from the 1950’s and on succumbed to the seducing drug demons.

America’s strong churches were infiltrated, new Bible translations introduced, seminaries taught the future pastors that the Bible is not the infallible Word of God, and caused ministers to fall into sexual scandals. Our nation has taken many hits from the Devil and it is a miracle that it is still able to stand, thanks to God who is still holding His hand over us. We are in a period of grace and in a most terrible spiritual battle. The outcome will depend upon Christians like you and me. Are we praying and fasting and seeking the Lord, or are we asleep?

MOVING TOWARD A GLOBAL ECONOMY
The Bible tells us that the final conquest by the Devil will not be through wars, but through total economic control. (Revelation 13:1-18) To achieve this, all nations must be interlocked in production, banking and consumption. Let me take you on a short historical overview, back from where we came.

Up to around 1700 A.D., the economy was very simple. Houses did not have running water, there was no electricity, no sewer system, houses were heated by fireplaces or wood stoves, air conditioners did not exist, and toilets were called “out-houses.” People rarely took a bath, and few people if any knew what a tooth brush was. It was common for people to have body lice, including rich people.

Industry was local, clustered around the cities and villages. Food and other necessities were bought in local stores. Few people ate out, travelers stayed in inns or hotels, where they could buy a meal. Each nation considered farming and industry as a national security. War broke out frequently, and each nation had to come up with its own supplies and weapons, including war ships. Trade between nations was very limited and restricted by the national governments. Workers usually put in 10 to 12 hours work per day, six days a week. Vacations did not exist, there were no retirement plans, people worked until they died or became too sick to work. The favorite past time of people during these times was drinking alcohol and forgetting their hard lives.

THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
Until 1769, the only power available to mankind was the wind (powering ships and wind mills), the water wheel placed at rivers, horses, oxen, camels, elephants, lamas, donkeys, mules and raw muscle power from humans. With the introduction of the steam engine in 1769, industry and shipping were changed, and railroads made possible.

By 1831, the understanding of producing electricity and using electric motors was in its infancy, followed by the successful introduction to a working gasoline combustion engine, which came on the market in 1878. With railroads being built, it was now possible to have a factory in one place and ship its products thousands of miles away. With large steamships and, later, diesel driven ships, goods could be transported more economically across the oceans.

The first step to global trade had been taken. But a strong economy needs a strong consumer market. As Europe and North America developed, a consumer market began to emerge and the more people purchased, the more industry had to be built to meet the demand. With the introduction of the automobile and people being able to afford to purchase them, came a whole new market of auto production, sales and repairs. This called for increased production of coal, oil, steel and other products. With the industrial nations having conquered Africa and part of Asia, colonies were developed where the local people were paid very small wages and toiled to bring out the raw material that was used in the western world to build up its standard of living.

World War I accelerated the industrialization, but it destroyed the consumer market in Europe. However, the consumer market in North America thrived and became bigger than ever. People worked fewer hours, made more money and now had time for vacations and recreation.

Then came the Great Depression in 1929, when the stock markets in the world collapsed. But the World Government was not ready yet to take power and with another massive World War the economy in America was revived. When the war was over, once again Europe had been bombed back to stone age and its consumer market destroyed.

Now the “MARSHALL PLAN” was put in place. The American Government borrowed billions of dollars from the Federal Reserve Bank (a private corporation) and handed it out to the nations ravaged by war in Europe. The different nations began to rebuild their industries, and all machines and other equipment were purchased from America, since she was the only nation left at this time with factories that hadn’t been bombed. The industrial wheels were spinning in America, the manufactured goods shipped on American cargo ships, and the American people prospered and responded by creating the biggest consumer market in the world. But it was not going to last.

Soon the Japanese had rebuilt their factories, so did the Germans, the British, the French and the other nations, and they now began to flood the American market with cheaper goods, since their wages were lower. American industry began building factories in Europe, taking advantage of cheaper labor, so jobs were lost in the U.S.

By the 1980’s the Europeans were catching up to the Americans, making more money and creating the second largest consumer market in the world. Now, the global business men started to move their factories to third world nations, since their labor was still cheap. American jobs were transferred to Mexico, Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand and other underdeveloped nations. As the economy built up in Korea and Taiwan, wages went up, and factories were again moved to an even cheaper labor market.

ENTER CHINA
Since China is using millions of people in slave labor, free nations cannot compete with this “Monster.” And the American consumers are digging their own graves. They do not want to pay high prices so they buy things made or assembled in China. American factories cannot compete with slave labor, and thus more and more of the American factory production is going out of business and people are becoming unemployed.

The World Government is using China to destroy America economically. The Chinese market is closed to most American products, just as it is in Japan, but few Americans have understood this. Yes, we are selling McDonald’s hamburgers in China, but the beef is from China, the potatoes are from China and so is the bread and the workers. And like the system that was set up in the former Soviet Union, profit from a business in China cannot be taken out in cash. The profit has to be used to buy Chinese goods, which are then exported and sold in the United States, and this is where McDonald’s can pick up the cash.

HOW RUSSIA WAS DESTROYED
When the Communists took power, first Lenin and later Stalin made a diabolic move. Since Russia was made up of many different nations who had been enslaved, the economy was tied down so that, in the future, the people could not break loose. For example, a steel factory was built in the nation of Estonia. To run that factory, ore had to be transported from a mine someplace in Russia, sometimes thousands of miles away. The coal had to come from the Ukraine. Thus when the Soviet Union broke up in 1991 the local economies were thrown into chaos.

The three Baltic states had an industrial base, but only a part of it was located in those states, thus they were still tied economical to Russia and did not have full freedom. The nation of Ukraine is in shambles and the economy at large in Russia is very bad. Many older people, particularly retired people, are living below the poverty level and some are starving to death.

THE AMERICAN SUPERMARKETS
After World War II, the retail business changed in America. For some time there had been national chains like Sears, Montgomery Ward, Woolworth, J.C. Penney, etc. But America still had local grocery stores, clothing stores, privately owned pharmacies, shoe stores, etc.

Then a new national concept began with the Supermarkets, open seven days per week and some of them 24 hours per day. Today there are no more independently owned grocery stores, lumber stores, or hard ware stores to be found in the United States, except in some very remote rural areas. Food is marketed by some ten giant corporations which are known on the West coast as Albertson’s, Safeway, Ralph’s, etc, each corporation having thousands of stores located in many states. “Mom and pop” stores cannot compete with them.

A chain might buy one million pounds of hamburger meat and press the price, where a local retailer would have bought 1000 lbs. What local store can compete with Home Depot, Office Depot, Long’s Drug Stores, etc.?

In all areas of the American economy, there are mergers. There are just a few airlines companies left. The automotive brands are shrinking: Chrysler was taken over by Mercedes Benz, Volvo could not longer bear the cost of developing new car models so merged with Ford, and General Motors has swallowed up a number of Japanese and Korean car manufacturers. American banks have not been immune. Gone are the small local banks; instead we are left with a few mega banks.

This is what the World Government wants and promotes, Global trade in a global economy. Thus, when every sector of the world economy is serviced by global mega corporations, the World Government can more easily take control of each one, and thus decree who can sell and who can buy.

THE MARK OF THE BEAST
This will be the icing on the cake for the Devil. No one can buy or sell without taking an oath of allegiance to Lucifer. Be not surprised, that day is not too far off. There is no nation in the world today where you can live, buy and sell, if you do not have the proper identity number of that nation.

Try to get a driver’s license in the US without your Social Security Number. Or try to do business, get a loan, or open a bank account of any kind. Without the SS number, you are “dead in the water.” Some day that number will be changed to a different system, known as the Mark of the Beast. Revelation 13:16-18
