War is also messy and destroys much property, so another method had to be implemented to reduce the world’s population. Too many people are hard to rule under a dictatorship, it is much more efficient to reduce the world population to a manageable number and select the people who will be allowed to live. A select biological war where certain ethnic groups can be targeted is the choice of the world rulers and the foundation for this extermination was laid in the early 1900’s.
