I want to use this month’s newsletter to write a very special message to my friends. During the last few years a number of friends in the ministry have died because of different illnesses. Being a Full Gospel preacher I have been praying for the sick for many years, and God has healed hundreds of people we have prayed for. But some did not get well and eventually died.
As I have asked the Lord why so many Christians are ill, He guided me through the scriptures showing me that a wrong diet will bring sickness; worry and stress will bring sickness; bitterness, hatred, anger, resentment, envy etc. are sure starters of illnesses. Demon infestation is a hotbed for sickness to develop, and unconfessed sins will bring all kinds of destruction.
On April 23rd, when one of my closest men in the church where I pastor had a heart attack, it bothered me greatly. The whole church prayed earnestly for him and he recovered and is back in church. Then on May 8th, another key man in our church was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Later that day we found out it was not a heart attack, but he was passing a kidney stone which is extremely painful.
God is laying on my heart to share with my friends, that if we work together with the Lord, there is health and abundant life for us.
This is the first step to health. Reading the four Gospels, much of the emphasis of Jesus was to heal all of the sick that came to him asking for help. There are three powerful references in the Bible relating to physical healing: Isaiah 53:1-7; Matthew 8:1-17; I Peter 2:24-25 and the following powerful statement made in the book of Acts:
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
There are many more references in the Bible that God loves his people and that he wants them to have health and abundant life. During my first five years as a Christian I had been taught to accept illnesses and that God would receive glory from all of the sick people on the earth. I believed this until I was baptized in the Holy Spirit and the Lord opened the Scriptures to me.
My wife had her own struggle in this area. In 1967 she contracted a strong virus which attacked her eyes. The infection was so severe, that I had to bathe her eyes every morning before she could open her eye lids. She was treated by doctors who told me privately that she might lose her eye sight. Not having any faith (my theology killed it), I sank into a depression. But God directed my wife to John 14:10-15, and with no man standing with her in prayer, she stood on the Word of God and was miraculously healed (she has no need of glasses to this day).
IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THAT GOD WANTS YOU WELL, GOD WILL LET YOU KEEP YOUR ILLNESS! Hebrews 11:6
WE CANNOT LIVE A SINFUL LIFE AND EXPECT GOOD HEALTH
God has spoken very clearly in both the Old and the New Testaments, that the blessing from God depends upon our walk with him. Salvation is by grace (Ephesians 2:8-9), but our relationship with our heavenly Father will determine how our earthly lives will be. This is clearly spelled out in Deuteronomy, chapter 28. A man is either blessed by God or he is cursed by God. Very few pastors bring out this truth today since it does not fit into modern theology. But regardless what the masses of people think and believe, it is going to be GOD’S WAY! Jesus told us that the Word of God will not be destroyed.
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
What Jesus stated in verse 19, I believe to be very significant He is not speaking about loss of salvation, but of loss of respect in the spiritual world with the consequence of severe demon oppression in the people who are constantly breaking God’s Word.
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
The apostle Paul speaks about presenting our bodies a living sacrifice, he is clearly addressing the way that we should live. A person living a sinful life cannot present his/her body to the Lord as a living sacrifice because it has become dirty and scarred by sin.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
YOU WILL NEVER BE HEALED FROM SICKNESS BEFORE YOU FORGIVE
This is one of the most common roots of sickness among Christians. Someone somewhere hurt you and it was so painful and devastating that you could not forgive the person or persons hurting you. As a believer in Christ, we must come to understand that forgiveness IS NOT AN OPTION, IT IS A COMMAND IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD! When we forgive, it will wash away all bitterness, resentment, anger, hate, envy etc. and instead we will be filled up with the love of God. Listen to what Jesus said on this matter:
For if we forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your heavenly Father forgive your trespasses.
Jesus repeated this truth in the Mark 11:22-26.
WHAT KIND OF RESPONSIBILITY DOES MAN HAVE CONCERNING THE BODY?
When God created Adam, he created a physical body which was going to be the vehicle that Adam would use during his life time on this planet. Once a person loses his body to death, the soul is immediately taken off the planet and either taken to heaven or to hell. Here is a slogan that every Christian should know and repeat often:
NO PHYSICAL BODY = NO EARTHLY MINISTRY
When God created the body, He created the finest piece of machinery ever produced on this earth. It has a living computer (brain), it has a frame (skeleton) that makes it mobile through a series of levels (muscles). It is equipped with two color cameras (eyes), a hearing set, the ability to smell, the ability to feel and the ability to taste chemical substances (the tongue).
Instead of being run by a combustion engine, it is run by what we today call fuel cells. Fuel is taken in through the mouth, crushed and processed first in the mouth, then transferred to a chemical container (the stomach), where the fuel is further broken down by hydrochloric acid (HCL). From here the fuel is pumped out into a large pipe system (intestines), which has the capacity of further breaking down the fuel and extracting it into a distribution system (the blood stream), which is driven by a pump (heart).
The very refined fuel has now become compatible with the specifications set forth by God, so that it can be taken to each cell, where it is mixed with oxygen. It is now burned in the cells and the energy released is used to move muscles, create electricity and heat for the body.
In order to support this type of engine, the waste material from the intestines is being pumped into a larger pipe, called “the colon.” Two things take place here, water is sucked out of the waste material and recycled into the body. Enough water is left in the sludge, which is now being packed into a semi-solid mass and pushed to the end of the colon. Here sensors monitor the pipe, and when there is enough sludge, a signal is sent to the computer telling the person that it is time to go to the bathroom and empty out the pipe.
Waste material from the combustion in the cell is released back into the blood, which then carries it to waste eliminators. The carbon dioxide is taken to two large exhaust systems (lungs) where the carbon dioxide is pushed out and exhaled, and when the lungs reverse themselves, fresh oxygen is brought in and absorbed into the blood stream. The liquid and solid waste material, including dead cells, is brought to two kinds of cleaning devices, the liver and the kidneys.
The kidneys will separate the garbage out of the blood, pump it into the bladder, which also has a sensor. When the bladder is full, the sensor will send an electric signal to the computer, telling the person it is time again to go to the bathroom and empty out the waste liquid.
The entire body system has been equipped with an automatic system, called the “Endocrine system.” It is a series of glands producing hormones which will drive the entire digestive system, including all its support groups.
God put man in charge of filling his body with fuel and water, and emptying the colon and the bladder. THE REST IS HANDLED BY GOD THROUGH HIS AUTO SYSTEM. Just like the governing authorities today tell us that we may not dump used oil from our cars in just any place, but it must be taken to certain processing centers, so God told man that he could not empty out his colon in any old place. Deuteronomy 23:12-14
IS FUEL AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR THE HEALTH OF THE HUMAN BODY?
Many Christians have been taught the terrible lie that since the time that Jesus died on the cross it does not matter what kind of fuel is put into the human body. Any-thing goes for these people. A Christian living like this is just as smart as a person who owns a diesel driven car and puts regular gas in the tank, or gasoline into a diesel driven car. We must follow the instructions of the manufacturer since each type of vehicle is designed for a specific fuel.
Thus we can say that fuel for the human body will definitely determine the performance of the body. I believe that a large number of people who are sick are suffering from using the wrong fuel in their lives. Instead of looking at the fuel they are using, they will turn to medical doctors, who will tinker with them and try to adjust them with surgery and chemicals, but not very successfully.
This is about as brilliant as a man owning a Mercedes diesel car, who runs both diesel and gasoline in his car. When the engine quits functioning, it is taken to a repair shop. Instead of looking at what is in the fuel tank, the mechanic starts surgery on the engine at once, changing hoses and all kind of parts, only to find out that the car is still sick.
HAS GOD ADDRESSED THE FUEL FOR A HUMAN BODY?
The Bible is full of teaching from God, where he is specifying what kind of fuel shall be used for food. When a person has had a heart attack today, he is told by the doctors to abstain from all kinds of animal fats. Why? Because the human body cannot break down animal fats, instead it clogs the pipe system (arteries) which carries the blood, and it makes a mess in the rest of the body. God told this to his people some 3,500 years ago (Leviticus 7:22-27).
Unwise Christians walk around and claim that they are no longer under the law and that all rules were abolished when Christ died on the cross. But when they are struck with strokes, blood clots or heart attacks, they are told this truth by the medical doctors, and then they listen. This is not living very smart!
THE LAW OF ANIMALS, BIRDS AND FISHES
The Creator of all things, including the human body, took time and effort to make sure that his people would know what kind of fuel for which they were designed. This had nothing to do with sin. When God talks about unclean creatures, he is not talking about sin, but about creatures that are filled with toxins and unfit for human consumption. God’s list of fuel is laid out in Leviticus 11:11-47.
The Devil has twisted the taste buds of human beings to crave foods that are very destructive to the human body. Man loves his pork dishes, but cries his heart out when he comes down with cancer some years down the road. Man loves his shell fish, but when he is struck with arthritis and other crippling diseases, he is told by the doctors to stay off all kinds of shell fish. If the person would have believed God and never eaten it from the beginning, he would not have become sick. But again, the uneducated Christian is told that all things can now be eaten; the law is done away with.
HOW CAN WE LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE?
The first thing we must establish is this, the food produced today is not the same as what existed at the time of Christ. Thus we must eliminate all unhealthy products. What I am going to share with you is what my wife and I have done in our lives as God has given us understanding.

Eliminate all vices. We have decided not to use or drink any alcoholic products. Even if Paul tells Timothy to use a little wine for the sake of his stomach (I Timothy 5:23), this was for medicinal use, not to get drunk. Included in this are all forms of tobacco products, caffeine or any other chemical stimulants.
Eliminate all types of soda drinks. Do not use carbonated drinks. The body is working hard to remove carbon dioxide from the blood, thus it is very counter productive to drink liquids with carbon dioxide which will put more strain on the body’s cleansing system. All soft drinks are killers. Among all of the toxins they contain, the worst is phosphoric acid. Soft drinks will stunt growth in young people, destroy bones and teeth.
Eliminate, as much as possible, food that is processed or canned. Canned goods will be filled with preservatives, and the food itself will be dead (no living enzymes). Included in this will be your ready boxed cereals. Buy your own oats, rice, wheat etc, and cook your own cereals or make granola.
Eliminate as much as possible all use of white and brown sugar. Refuse to use artificial sweeteners. Learn to sweeten with raw honey or fruit juices. Do not buy your honey in supermarkets or other stores. That honey has been diluted with water so the store can make more money and then it has been sweetened with white sugar. Buy your honey from beekeeper stores which are located in most cities. Once you taste raw honey, you will never again go back to what the stores are selling you.
Eliminate all use of white flour. The enriched bleached white flour is deadly. It is one of the greatest culprits in causing colon cancer. If you cannot bake your own bread, buy bread made only of unbleached and untreated wheat, rye or barley flour. It will cost a little more, but your colon will last you the rest of your life.
Eliminate all use of regular salt sold in the stores. This is made up of Sodium Chloride, just as deadly as white sugar. Use only Sea Salt which can be purchased from the Sea Salt Society.
Read through chapter 11 of Leviticus, and then eliminate all things which are not on God’s menu. Also eliminate all animal fats (milk and butter not included). Do not use margarine, it is nothing but liquid plastic. Use real raw non-pasteurized butter.
Try to eliminate drinking pasteurized, homogenized milk. This milk contains no living enzymes and the molecules have been changed through the homogenizing process. Studies have shown that this causes damage to the heart valves. It is best to drink raw milk which you will find in upscale stores and the next best choice is to drink organic milk which has been pasteurized but not homogenized.
Eat out in restaurants as little as possible. Remember this, they will use the cheapest worst possible oils to cook in, and they buy the cheapest possible foods to cook with.
I no longer eat at the fast food outlets like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Jack in the Box, KFC, etc. Their hamburger meat is purchased in volume, cheapest grade, and in it you will find all the scraps ground up, like ears, eye balls, parts of the head, feet, etc., everything left over when a cow is slaughtered is tossed in. The chickens sold to these fast food outlets are from cage production, where they run huge conveyer belts under the cages, picking up all waste material. This waste material is then mixed in with the food, and these birds eat their own waste, not to mention all the growth hormones they are given. The outlets doing deep fat fried cooking, usually use lard (pig fat) to cook in. The best oil to use is cold pressed olive oil with your cooking.
Never drink water from the faucet in your house. This water is chlorinated and in most areas fluoride has been added. Both of these items will cause cancer. Some people only drink distilled water. My personal understanding is, that when God created the earth, he created drinking water coming out of lakes, rivers or springs. This water had picked up minerals that the human body needs. So take your pick. Personally my wife and I drink filtered well water. Your water intake is crucial, a person should drink at least half a gallon of water per day.
Eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as you can. Be sure to add a good fiber intake to your diet, either through breads or using bran in your cooking.
Eliminate all sugar laden deserts, including the ice cream sold in the stores. There are places where you can buy real old fashioned ice cream made of raw milk and sweetened with honey.
Do not use a microwave oven for cooking or heating your food or drinks. When the microwaves collide with the food atoms, it changes their molecular structure. And when the body receives these altered molecules, it will not process them properly and my suspicion is that this might cause cancer after a time.
If you follow my advice, you have now eliminated the typical American life style. Your taste buds will scream to begin with, but your body will slowly begin to repair itself, clean itself up, and give you a longer life with full mobility. Doctors, the insurance companies and the old folks care takers, including the Government, will hate you. They will not be able to extract all of your life savings before you die, and they have to pay your social security for years to come. My slogan is : I WANT TO DIE HEALTHY!
CAN I DO SOMETHING TO FIX ALL DAMAGES DONE TO MY BODY?
The American Medical Association is not geared for PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT. Doctors are basically trained to cut and give pharmakia (drugs). Here are some things that I do in order to keep my “vehicle” running longer and smoother until Jesus takes me home in a healthy condition.
We are taking a DHEA supplement, that is not a hormone, but a precursor that stimulates the body to produce DHEA, the hormone that drives your endocrine system.
We are taking a number of natural vitamins, to keep our bodies running well.
I am doing oral chelation on and off to make sure that my blood vessels are not clogged.
We are on a high fiber diet, to make sure that our waste elimination systems are working at the max. We are also flushing ourselves with good water continually.
We belong to a fitness club and exercise regularly.
Sleep is important, we make sure that we get enough sleep every night. Since we started on the DHEA treatment, we no longer need to take naps in the afternoon and we do not drag.
KNOW THIS: ALL THESE GOOD THINGS WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU, IF YOU DO NOT WALK DAILY WITH THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. HE IS YOUR HEALER!
