THE KABBALAH
For a long time, I was like a lot of other Christians in that I had never heard about the Kabbalah. It was inconceivable that a godly man like Hezekiah could have such an awful son in Manasseh, whom the Bible calls the most evil king of Judah. 2 Chronicles 33:9; 2 Kings 21:16
I’m going to let you know up front that you won’t understand this message if you have never heard about the Kabbalah. It is a malevolent rabbit trail of spiritual confusion designed by Lucifer to be the belief system of the Antichrist. This doctrine turned many a king aside from God to embrace the Devil. Check out our website for information about the Kabbalah books.1
HELL DOCTRINE
The Kabbalah teaches that when god was working on the creation, he became confused and a portion of him fell into the bottomless abyss where it took the form of the holy serpent – their messiah.
In order to take control of the earth, the Kabbalistic messiah must arise from the bottomless abyss to establish a global government – consisting of the twelve tribes of Israel. It is therefore vital that all Israelites devote their life to the worship of the messiah and raise him from the abyss. There are two ways to usher in this messiah:
1. Make all people on the earth good.
2. Make all people on the earth evil.
The Kabbalistic leaders during the time of Moses decided it was easier to make everyone evil and they chose what is known in the Kabballah as “the low road.”
For the last 4,000 years they have taught that you must sin if you want to serve God! Amazingly, the more you sin, the more you please God! This demented belief was soundly rebuked by the prophet Isaiah. Isaiah 5:18-20; 28:14-18
KING MANASSEH
Hezekiah was the first king to root out the idolatry and the high places in Judah. This included Kabbalistic worship as well. But he did not pay attention to the education of his son and his tutors were secret Kabbalists who infiltrated the palace and educated Manasseh to follow their pernicious teachings.
As a result, Manasseh was a believer in the holy serpent from a young age. He was totally convinced that he was serving the real God. He was twelve when his father died and a Kabbalist was appointed regent to oversee the kingdom. Manasseh became a zealous believer and set out to undo all the good his father had done. 2 Kings 21:1-7
Manasseh’s embrace of the Kabbalah ensured that he was tirelessly sinning and led the people of Judah to do the same. His mindset had been twisted and he was totally demon possessed, going so far as to sacrifice his own children on the altar of Moloch just like his grandfather had done. Demons enjoy sexual perversion, murder and pain.
Manasseh held nothing back when it came to sinning, thinking that God was pleased with him. 2 Chronicles 33:1-7
Manasseh was blinded by Lucifer and became a fanatical worshiper of the holy serpent. verse 8
God sent prophets to warn Manasseh that he was on the wrong path, but the king refused to listen to them. 2 Kings 21:7-15; 2 Chronicles 33:10
THE JUDGMENT OF GOD
God eventually had enough and used the Assyrian army to conquer Jerusalem. Manasseh was captured, bound with chains of iron, and taken to Babylon. 2 Chronicles 33:11
REPENTANCE
Manasseh was greatly afflicted in a dungeon and came to the understanding that he had been deceived about the holy serpent of the Kabbalah. He had embraced the lies of his Kabbalist tutors and this is why Judah had been humbled by God. Accordingly, he humbled himself and repented of his sins.
God was merciful to him and the king of Assyria returned him to Jerusalem as a vassal king. By this time, Manasseh was fully aware that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob was the real God. verses 12- 13
180 DEGREE TURN
Once Manasseh returned home, he ordered an additional wall to be built around Jerusalem and fortified the countryside. verse 14
He became zealous for the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and reversed his former policies by cleaning out all the idols from the temple and destroying them. But the people of Judah still worshiped at the high places. verses 15-17
Manasseh became a man of prayer and God sent prophets to guide him. verses 18-19
KING AMON
Manasseh reigned for 55 years in Jerusalem and was 67 years old when he died. The Bible does not reveal how long it took for Manasseh to repent in Babylon.
His oldest son Amon began to reign when he was 22 years old. We don’t know how old Amon was when his father repented but Manasseh committed the same mistake that his father had done. Manasseh failed to make sure that Amon turned to the Lord and away from the Kabbalah. As a result, Amon embraced the same sinful lifestyle that had smitten his father. 2 Kings 21:18-22
TWO YEARS TO REPENT
While Manasseh sinned for a number of years and was given a chance to repent, God only gave Amon two years to repent and then used two palace servants to murder him. Amon was 24 years old when he died. 2 Chronicles 33:22-24
When the people of Jerusalem discovered there was a conspiracy in the palace, they killed the two servants that carried out the regicide and all the men who had conspired with them. verse 25
SUMMARY
Two men, two different outcomes:
• Manasseh was given grace when God radically intervened in his life and he was given the gift of repentance. Manasseh lived a life of sin, but he repented and went to heaven.
• Amon was given two years of grace. His failure to repent aroused the ire of the Godhead and he was subsequently killed. Amon embrace a life of sin, he refused to repent, and afterwards went to hell.
What should we learn from this message about these two kings? Some people live a sinful life and are never convicted of their sins. This father-son duo started life in the same manner, but their time on earth ended with different outcomes.
We’ll never know how much grace God will extend and for how long. Manasseh and Amon were both sinners, but only one man repented, and on the eternal scale, that is precisely what matters.
The goal of every person should not be to live a sinful life. If that is your routine, you are living on borrowed time, hoping that God will have mercy on you. Isaiah 55:6-11
Remember, it’s not so important how you begin your life after salvation, but how you finish it!
